In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a context-aware help panel in Architect, providing immediate, relevant information directly within the application. This update eliminates the need to navigate away from Architect to seek help, allowing users to stay focused and work more efficiently.

The new help panel consolidates essential resources, such as expression help and searchable documentation, into one convenient location. By integrating help content directly into Architect, this update simplifies onboarding, improves accessibility, and creates a more seamless user experience across Genesys Cloud.

Also, preferences and execution data settings now exist under a dedicated Preferences and settings  icon in the top navigation bar.
